Three tiers, all manually reviewed

Tier qualification is measured on approved-paying companies per calendar month. Higher tiers apply to future referrals only after admin approval.

No payout when any of these apply

Every payout is reviewed by an operator. ReturnBooks never automatically moves money. Manual review protects you from chargebacks and protects referred customers from coercive sign-up tactics.

What is ReturnBooks Guardian?: A read-only operator view that calculates payout recommendations from the same plan price math you see here. The Guardian never moves money — only an admin can mark a referral paid.
Do I see referred companies' private records?: No. The Affiliate dashboard shows only the plan label, subscription status, and your reward status. You never see referred customer receipts, statements, expenses, income, invoices, payroll, files, OCR text, storage paths, or admin notes.
Do you do Stripe Connect or auto-payouts?: Not in this phase. Every payout is reviewed and paid manually outside ReturnBooks. ReturnBooks does not run payroll, sync banks, file taxes, process customer payments, or move money on your behalf.
Can I be both a customer and an affiliate?: Yes — but self-referrals are excluded from payout per the global payout rules.
Where does the Affiliate dashboard live?: Approved affiliates can sign in on the web and the native iOS app to copy/share their referral link, view tier progress, and see safe reward status. Admin notes and other affiliates' data are never shown to partners.
